The Dosaggio Zero is the latest addition to the ViaVenti Collection, born from the Dal Bianco family’s precise winemaking intent to vinify high-quality grapes, all sourced from the province of Treviso. The extended fermentation process, which brings the sugar content below 1 g/l, results in a pure and remarkably fresh expression. It stands out for its dry and distinctive profile, where fruity notes of green apple, pear, and citrus harmonize elegantly with delicate floral hints of acacia and wisteria. The fine and persistent perlage enhances a well-balanced, lively structure, culminating in a savory and clean finish.
